Configuring RCR jobs

Hi,

Is there anyway for passing a custom parameter to the workflow from the RCR jobs.

To elaborate more, I want to schedule the same workflow from two different RCR jobs. This workflow has a customer parameter say 'xyz'.

Now from RCR 1, I want to pass this parameter value to say 'abc' and from RCR 2, I want to pass this parameter value to say 'def'.

Is this possible. If yes, please let me know how can this be done.
