Getting error "cost group comingling " WMS enabled org

Hi ,

While trying to receive an item we are getting " cost group comingling" error . Ours is a WMS enabled org , but we are not using WMS cost group features .

Error description " TRANSACTION OF ITEM WITH COST-GROUP 23023 RESULTS in COST-GROUP COMINGLE"

Cost groups are assigned at sub inventory level .

Sub inventory where we are trying to receive has a cost group " DD" .

As per this error , same Item/sub inv/ Locator /LPN combination cannot go into two different cost groups .

But , since we have cost groups assigned at sub inventory level and not using wms cost group features , there is no chance of having a different cost group for the same Item/sub inv/ Locator /LPN combination . but we are still facing this issue and not sure from where this cost group 23023 is getting picked from .
