Quality Attachment at receiving PO

Hi,

I have defined a new category..and that has been enabled at quality results page...when i do the receiving of a PO..I can select that category and i am attaching the file

But when i go and see the quality results..i can't see the file nor the title anything there

But when i use the seeded miscellaneous category and attach the file..i can view in the quality results form

Please let me know what i have missed here
