Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. EXPIRED(GRACE) for over a year

Hi, I searched the database and found users that are EXPIRED(GRACE) for over a year.

Why the password don't expire within the given grace period?

What changes do we need to make to the profile to make sure that after the given grace period the account status will be EXPIRED & LOCKED.
