Getting the third digit of an account dimension member

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a function in Hyperion Planning that will allow me to get the third digit of an account. For example if I have the account 1111010101 then I would like to get 1, if I have 1121010101 I would like to get 2 in order to use it later for the rest of the procedure.

If there is a solution, is there a way to do it massively for a hierarchry?
