Pledge Schedule Adjustments and the accumulator process
This week we had this scenario:
- Pledge payment received
- Pledge payment gift initiated
- Pledge schedule adjusted within pledge payment gift session
- Pledge payment gift processed
- Gift session processed
After the AVPOST2 process ran, including the AV_ACCUM app engine, the AV_FY_PL_BAL in AV_CNST_ACC_DES did not get appropriately updated. Running the AV_ACC app engine overnight did correctly update the AV_FY_PL_BAL field.
Does the gift session process not update the AV_CNST_ACC_DES record appropriately when a pledge schedule adjustment has been made? It has been my assumption that it does, but that is not our experience.
