First Line Troubleshooting for Statements

The company I just started with has never been able to run statements successfully.  I have been through Document 625781.1 and have completed the setup. 

When I run R03B500X, it comes back as No Data Selected, after calling R03B5005. 

I don't know much about AR and our AR person doesn't know much about OneWorld, so we're hoping we can figure this out if we have some pointers about where to start.

If you would like me to open a ticket, I will.  I was hoping for some basic things to check and I thought that type of request might be appropriate here.
