EAM QUALITY actions, FOLLOWUP ACTIVITY gets only the last value when should get varios values.

We need to create more than one work order with diferent activities each, in the same collection plan.

The collection plan for EAM, generate work orders with the same followup activity, altougth the followup activity is configured to get diferent values in the quality actions – derived from an action rules, just before the Create a Maintenance Work Order Action.

This is the case, and i am attaching a word document with the configuration screens.

We have this collection plan, with several collection elements.

In each element, we have one action rule to execute three actions.
