im trying to experiment this new parameter introduced, im adding 10 members in dense dimension, 3 members in Sparse and triggering the restructure by EPMA deployment.

i see from logs it correctly used 20 threads

but after completion immedialty another restructure is started with 1 thread im not sure why another restructure is started. any ideas?
