JD Edwards Full package give error after the upgrade the Tools Release 9.1.5.5

HI,

we are facing problem after upgrade the JD Edwards tools release from 9.1.31 to 9.1.5.5.

we have upgrade the tools release at every server like deployment server,enterprise server and html server with server manager.

we have done the following steps for tool release upgrade.

1- Apply tools release (9.1.5.5) on all server.

2- Apply latest planer ESU-JM15592 with special instructions.

During build the full package we are facing problem.

Please note: i already restart the all server and we can login successfully with JDE from fat client and web client after upgrade the tools release.

Following are the error at jde.log file.
