Item/Location mapping for Like Store

Hi,

We have created a like store and executed the batches storeadd and likestore. The batches are executed successfully without any error. The Item/location ranging for new store is performed only for 2000 SKU's out of 40000 SKU's. How can we do the mapping for remaining sku's without using schedule item maintenance?
