Cancelling old Blanket releases from 11i

Hi All,

We have requirement of closing old blanket releases having status as "In-process" . Do we have script to cancel the old releases directly ?

Another solution which we don't want to use is as below :-

Applying Oracle provided generic script to reset the Release to "Requires-Reapproval". then trying to approve the Release. Here we have problem that old sites are inactive and some ASL also debarred for manny items . so many changes required to approve the release (Business not aggreeing to do the same). After approving the release, need to Cancel the same from control options.
