Update Processing Option values

My client wants to set up automatic batch processing for all interface files. They are using  middleman to call JDE BSSV to populate data into Z files & want to call BSSV to launch corresponding UBE. eg:need to pass EDI batch number before calling R04110ZA UBE

We are planning to create a BSSV to make UBE submission .But we want to pass/ set Processsing option values eg.EDI batch number in that UBE & launch UBE.

Could you please suggest any possible methods to accomplish this.

Is there any BSFN that can be used or gives idea to update Processing option values or any other better suggestions would be appreciated!
