Custome theme in IP2014 and IP2015

Hello,

Customer is using 8.1.1.11 PS16 eAutomotive application.

They have added a custom theme to

display custom GM logo,

display the screen tabs without images,

change screen tab color to another color.

But theme is not applied for the first time user is logged in. After they refresh the browser again, they see the logo and other changes in IE9. (but IE9 is not fully compatible browser so not troubleshooting issue in IE9)

But IE11 as soon as user is logged in, they see logo but not screen tab changes. Once they refresh the browser they see screen tab changes but logo is disappeared.
