How to copy Parent BC Attachments to Child BC Attachments

Hello,

Would like to see if anyone knows of a way to copy a Parent BC Attachment to a Child BC Attachment.

For example, if a user selects an Account for the Opty, they would like to have Attachments for the Account to copy over to the Opty Attachments. I've already reviewed Accessing File Attachments Through Siebel VB, Siebel eScript, and Siebel Object Interfaces(Doc ID 475513.1), but this doesn't seem to cover what we're trying to accomplish.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
