How to update an AE manually, no SQL?.

Hi Guys, i have a PL Vouche  and when we did the void the system create the AE with out amoun, for this reason we can´t post the batch,sends error  out of balance, we update the amount field by sql  and the batch is posted with out problem, but my question is, how to update  this AE manually without use SQL tools.
