Essbase 11.1.2.3 High Availability within MS Azure

To deploy Essbase version 11.1.2.3.500  in a highly available configuration within Microsoft Azure, is SIOS DataKeeper Cluster Edition certified?  This product seems to satisfy the requirement for Volume-level replication for non-shared storage, which is needed to support the Window Failover Clustering within Azure.
