Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install CPU July 2015 on a Windows environment

I need to install the CPU on a 64-bit Windows environment for Oracle database 11.2.0.4.

I found the Patch Set 20833831: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH, but when trying to download a password is requested.

It is correct? Where do I get the password?
