ODA 2.10.0.0. patch 18284007

Hi,

We are running V1 ODA . Last patch that we had applied is 18284007.

We are in GI 11.2.0.4.2 and DB 11.2.0.3.10.

Now application team wants us to upgrade the database to 11.2.0.4 using the same GI version.

Is it possible to upgrade DB alone ?

How do we find out what are all the security fixes that we are missing since we are still at the patch 18284007?
