Unable to Send Email From CC and Service Request Window

Hi,

We are unable to send Email from CC and SR window.

Contact Center Window:

The Compose email button is disabled.

Service Request Window:

When we click the Compose Email button in the SR screen, the message pops up:

" You must implement Oracle Email Center to send Email. Please contact your application administrator"

Oracle Email Center is setup as described in "Oracle® Email Center Implementation Guide Release 12"

All the required profile options are also setup as mentioned in the guide.

Navigation:

Service Responsibility -> Service Request -> Create Service Request.

After creating a SR for a customer, click on the 'Compose Email' Button. The Error Pops up.
