R47042 Error 2627 - Open Amount Greater Than Gross Amount

We have the exact error described in Bug 19486046 and 18062828 - Open Amount Greater Than Gross Amount

I updated F47044.SWAAP * 100 and run R47042 and still get the same error

Could you please provide the solution to fix this problem?
