E910 TR 9.1.5.x still can not support password > 10 alphanumeric

The E910 TR 9.1.5.x still can not support password > 10 alphanumeric ?  If either SSO or Unified Sign On is implemented in latest release of JDE , can it support password > 10 character length ?
