How to implement organization access control in Base Installed and Field Services

Both Base Installed and Field Services modules allow to access to Item Instances that belong to different organizations in the same responsabity.

We need to implement the organization control access at responsability level; only equipments that belong to an organization can be acceded by the responsibility associated with this organization.


Is this posible?, how can we do it?
