Min-Max Planning Report (INVISMMX) program. Need to modify filter for Onhand Quantity

Hi Experts,

Please kindly assist me on how I can modify conditions like total Onhand Quantity is net of Locator segment1.Division <> 'CER'.  CER-Onhand quantities are intended for Project and they should not be part of the total onhand quantity available in Min-Max report.  Also, supply for PR & PR related to Project (Project_id is null), Project_id is not null are to be excluded also in the total supply quantity.
