Enabling prompt in weblogic console

Hello Experts,

I'm using weblogic 12.1.2.0 version, when i stopped/starting the application/servers and deleting the application and servers, it's not showing confirmation like

1.when work complete

2.Force stop now

3.stop, but serving administration requests

and if we select anyone of the option it should ask for yes/no

same for stopping/starting servers also... can anyone let me know to to enable such property in weblogic console

after checking all configuration files, i was come to know that the servers were come up in development mode. so i enable them to production mode and bounced all the servers
