Mobile Approvals - how to change server URL

We've recently started to implement some of the mobile apps - specifically for iProcurement and Approvals right now. I have downloaded the Android app and it is working fine pointing to a DEV environment. However, I cannot find where I would change the setting to point to a PROD server. It seems like the server url was just requested during initial configuration and now all that shows up is the login page. Surely we don't have to uninstall/re-install an application anytime we want to point to another environment? What is the proper procedure?
