Journal not available for Posting due to concurrent manager failure

The Create Accounting concurrent program for Payables was running when our concurrent manager went down (in fact, our entire system went down). When it was brought back up, we can see that the Create Accounting program completed with Error. However, I can see, from querying the database, that the accounting was created for these payables transactions as they are all in the xla_ae_headers and xla_ae_lines tables and that the journal (batch, headers and lines) was also created and are in the GL tables as unposted. However, they can't be queried in the Journal Entry form or the Journal Post form.
