how to assign rol to menues?

Hi ALL,

how can I setting the menues from rol consulting?

for example, menu administrator OW shouldn't display/see for rol consulting
I means how to setting rol consulting so that user can not see the menues (.doc attached)


my questionj is related to how can  i assig/no asign menues to rol?
