Question about timing in JDE Debug log

Hi,

We have been experiencing some performance issues with some applications in JDE, I used Performance workbench to analyze where the application is spending time, We used to find issues with the database and the DBA had to tune the database accordingly. But this time I am experiencing slowness and when I check the timing I find that the code is spending time somewhere else.
For Example on the timing I am seeing      this on CALLSTACK timing file created by performance workbench.
