Set up so that Requistions created from Par Replensinment request in 'Open' status

Hi,

how or do you set up so that the requisitions that generated from par location replenishment are created in 'Open' status? The requester is set up as 'Open' requisition. However, when we ran the Par Replenishment job, requisitions are generated as 'Pending' .
