Pricing not calculated properly when Customize button is clicked

Hello,

I'm testing a pricing scenario in sample database. I've added custom discount step in pricing procedure before net price. When I add product and apply manual discount and custom discount its working fine. I can see net price calculated properly.

When I click Customize button and click done (without making any changes in ecfg) custom pricing discount is removed from net price. I can see custom discount field populated with amount in the quote line but custom discount is not reflected in net price. When I click reprice all its working fine.

Upon further investigative (logs) I found that custom field in missing in variable map when I click customize. (I'm seeing custom field in variable map when I click reprice all button). In both scenario Siebel is using "Default Pricing Variable Map - Row Set" variable map.
