IP, COE and APC-MDO Multiple questions

I've installed IP/COE 14.1, COE 14.0 and APC-MDO 14.0 and apparently everything is correctly installed...

Question 1:

On COE, the applications GridDesigner (http://mom2:7003/GridDesigner/faces/login) and User management (http://mom2:7003/p4pgui/) open and I am able to use them.

The documentation mentions the Business rules manager and in fact that and other applications were deployed to weblogic and are apparently running but I am unable to find their correct URL to access them. The configuration of the application is suggesting a URL (tab testing) that is incorrect.

Any idea of what is the correct URL and if in fact this application and the others (c4p, price, SuitePropertiesManager, SystemInformationTool) are supposed to be accessed via browser.
