TFA Failed to start listening for commands

Rac version 11.2.0.4.0 two nodes.

Running the latest tfa from node 1 is failing with the following message:

  inflating: TFACollectorDocV121250.pdf

[root@hpescs1 oragrid]# ./installTFALite

Starting TFA installation

TFA Build Version: 121250 Build Date: 20150615061618

Installed Build Version: 0 Build Date: 20130801234103

TFA is already installed. Patching /oracle/oragrid/grid11g/tfa/hpescs1/tfa_home...

Unable to determine the status of TFA in other nodes.

TFA will be Patched on Node hpescs1:
