OL6 UEK3 repo mirror seems incorrect

I'm subscribed to multiple channels for mirroring and, from what I can see, all of them with the exception of the OL6 UEK3 channel are repo'd like this (note the pattern)

OracleLinux/OL5/UEK/BETA/x86_64

OracleLinux/OL6/UEK/base/x86_64

OracleLinux/OL7/UEKR3/x86_64

This makes setting up the yum.repos.d repo file for updating from the local repo easy and consistent.  However, the OL6 UEK3 repo looks like this:

OracleLinux/OL6/x86_64/latest/UEKR3

Any reason why this repo is configured so differently from the others or am I mistaken?
