LTD Production exceeds capacity after patch 14784782

We installed patch 14784782 in Oracle Fixed Assets and ran depreciation.  We are seeing that an asset using the UOP method is showing an LTD Production lb capacity higher than the capacity.  This gives an appearance that this asset may be updating beyond rated capacity.  Why is it updating LTD production lbs?  Can it be stopped at capacity for each asset?
