Error message when adding resource in operation or associate activity to work order

Hi All,

Receiving the following error when adding resource in operation or associate activity to work order and click save.

Error "This resource sequence (10) received an error status since an unexpected error occurred in the resource while performing database writes."

This error get only with new work orders. It is fine for work order I created before today and I can query previous work order to add operation and resource.
