When user runs a report from report manager and saves that in repository management

Hello,

We don't require table names. our requirement is -
suppose user runs a report from report manager and saves that in repository management.
1.So need the path where this data is physically stored?
2.Is it different from the standard concurrent manager storage?
3.How long the reports will stay in the repository? If users runs thousands of reports in month then there will be a space issue.
4.If run a purge program for concurrent manager requests every 45 days for example, do these reports that are saved in repository management will also be purged?

Please advise on the above issues. Which Metalink documents would provide these answers ?
