How to make transaction in material transaction costed as yes ?

Hi All

In Inventory > material transaction screen ,i see that transaction 3 month before have costed flag as yes.

But transaction in last 3 moths have costed flag as No.

What process to follow to make all the transaction Costed flag as yes.

Please not Cost manager and material transaction interface manager was in active. I made them run again and it is active now.

Still the transaction seems to be uncosted.

Please suggest.
