Starting and stopping recordings in SIP Rec

We are using SIP Rec to record calls from our Oracle 4500 SBCs and currently running 7.2p5. We use Avaya Communication Manager 6.3.6 with the agents. When an agent puts a customer on hold, CM sends a reinvite with a:sendonly and a:record=off. When the agent retrieves the customer, another reinvite occurs setting a:sendrecv and a:record=on. The Oracle SBC is not sending any reinvites to the SRS when this occurs. Is it possible for the SBC to forward reinvites to the SRSes as well?
