FRM-41014 error in Receivables - Remittances Summary

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.2.4. When we navigate from Receivables > Receipts - Accounts Department > Remittances Summary, we get the following error.

FRM-41014: cannot set attribute of null canvas item

BOE_REMIT_RECEIPTS.CUSTOMER_BANK_NAME

In one Doc ID 1555527.1, the solution given was "After recompiling the forms, the problem goes away".

But after recompiling ARXRWMAI.fmb also, the issue is not resolved.
