ARM Issue – Why does the ‘explained balance’ carry forward into a period Reconciliation

 

Summary

 

Explained item that was automatically carried forward into the period rec.  I understand that when recs auto reconcile in prior month the item is carried forward so it can be available but I am not quite sure why it comes as part of the explained balance – it should just be available to bring forward.
