Cannot run Daignostic tests in R12.2.4 application

Hi,

We have upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.2.4 version.

We are not able to run Diagnostic tests from application diagnostics.

We are facing the below error

"Unexpected error occured while executing the test. Please change to Developer mode to diagnose the problem".

Could you please help us on the issue.
