DMON: cannot open configuration file, ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2, ORA-15173: entry 'dgconf2.ora' does not

Hello All,

I am having a problem with my DG Broker setup.  After DG setup, I wanted to setup DG_Broker.  All looks good until I check "show configuration", but then when I check for "show database <primary>"  or  "show database <stand_by>", I get a simple message "Object "<database_unique_name>" was not found"

DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration - DG_Config

  Protection Mode: MaxPerformance

  Databases:

    TESTDG1_RTP - Primary database

    TESTSB1_RTP - Physical standby database

Fast-Start Failover: DISABLED

Configuration Status:

SUCCESS

DGMGRL> show database TESTDG1_RTP

Object "testdg1_rtp" was not found

--Then I checked the alert log of DG and I see DMON cannot open configuration file (see below for DG alert log)
