Control over sale of Properties

How to control the sale of property in Property Manager?

Lease is created with a one time deposit, approved and transferred to AR.  The same location is used to create another lease. Property Manager allows me to do so.

Basically there is a risk that the same location is used to create multiple lease with different clients.

In addition when a location is queried how to I know that it is already associated with a particular lease.

In addition even though I end date the location, Property Manager allows me to create a lease with the latter.

Kindly advise on appropriate functionality to avoid the same property of being sold to multiple clients.
