Locking consensus/baseline/adjusted baseline forecast in DM

Hi All,

We have a requirement to lock the Consensus forecast after a specified time.For example our Aug month starts from 24 Jul. So on or before 23rd forecast should be locked for the marked period by user (Using Approve Consensus Forecast series). If user doesn’t lock forecast by 23rd, we want system to lock forecast on 24th (Some update program which we can run or any other possible way) before we start our monthly activities (History upload, Masterdata upload etc). Please advise how we can do this.
