EBS R12.2.4 Integration with Access Manager + OID both High Availability - License Requirement

Hello All

I am in the process of starting integration of EBS R12.2.4 with OAM + OID in high availability mode. I would like to know if a separate license is required for installing OAM + OID in high availability mode (Weblogic license etc). 

We do have license for Oracle Directory Services.
