BI Publisher 11.1.1.9 install fails on create domain

Hello,

I am trying to install BI Publisher 11.1.1.9 using the Enterprise Install option. The installation goes through but as soon as we reach configuration steps, it fails immediately upon the step 'Create Domain', as per below screenshot.

The logs offer not much help. The oraInstall2015-08-10_03-01-41PM.outlog file shows the following error. Is anyone able to guide me to next steps? RCU creation has also been done correctly, database access works fine, but domain creation step fails every single time.
