Viewing Related Parties Attributes in EBS Receivables

Regarding version 12.1.3 Relationship Manager functionality: If we create multiple parties of type 'organization', create a party of type 'person', and then build a relationship between the 'person' and the multiple 'organization' parties using relationship type guarantor (or other), will seeded Oracle allow for an aggregate view of all the organizational liabilities when querying for the related person in the Collections window in Receivables?
