Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. No values in LOV for "Period Close Date" parameter while submitting "Period Close Value Summary" Report

In one instance there are 4 periods, one closed period & 3 open periods. But only closed period is appearing in LOV.

In other instance there are 2 open periods and no closed period. In this case there's no value appearing in LOV.

Am I missing any setup here?
