DB - 11.2.0.4

OS - IBM AIX 64-bit 6.1

Applyig the latest iProcurement patch (21537535  - Oracle iProcurement Recommended Patch Collection (Jul. 2015)) fails with;

FAILED: file fndeidgraphs.ldt on worker 2.

FAILED: file fndeidsandboxes.ldt on worker 3.
